All participants in ISMEC2012 must register and submit online the abstracts of their contributions.
The early registrations, received before April 15th 2012, will get a discount on the normal rates. The late registration period will finish on May 28th 2012.
After May 28th, anyone interested in attending the congress will have to register on site in the registration area of the venue, during the congress. This type of registration will be limited to the capacity of the venue, and the conference documentation/bag is not guaranteed.
The number of participants is limited to 200.

Full and Junior/Retired registration includes: The "Full" and "Junior / Retired" registration fees include the participation in all scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee-breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner and social program.
Accompanying person registration includes: The Accompanying registration fees include welcome reception, conference dinner and social program.
The online registration will be opened until May 28th 2012. The registrations received before April 15th will pay the early rate, which offers a discount. The late registration period will finish on May 28th2012.

After the registration form and payment have been received, the Secretariat will confirm the Registration by e-mail. If you have not received this confirmation within 10 days after the payment, please get in touch with the Technical Secretariat. Registrations will not be valid until the payment of the corresponding fee has been received.
The invoice will be sent by e-mail after the payment has been received. In case the invoice is necessary in advance for institutional payment, you must contact the Secretariat.
Replacement or change in the registration name is possible by e-mailing the Secretariat before May 28th. After this date the replacement is not allowed.
Those who would like to cancel their registration in the congress must contact the Secretariat.
